My dad always told me, “Don’t cheap out on anything between you and the ground.” To me, this applies to shoes, pillows, beds, and now, chairs. After doing a ton of research about what is needed on a good chair, I took a chance on this one. I was a bit skeptical, thinking it might be a bit too cheap to be good - but I was wrong. The good (the GREAT): the difference between this chair and modern ‘gaming’ chairs is night and day. Adjustable lumbar, adjustable neck position, adjustable armrests in my opinion are must haves, and work perfectly on this chair. I have been using it for a month now and my developing back problems went away in a week tops. The kickstand thing would be a huge plus if one of the brackets didn’t come cracked. The price is great. Some of these chairs get super expensive, and this chair does a good job of getting what you need out of a chair without the crazy expenses. It seems sturdy and well built. The mesh is comfortable yet firm. The seat is soft and conforming but does not stay imprinted, it goes back to its original shape consistently. The adjustable arm rests are great. They aren’t too hard. The not-so-great: like I mentioned, one of the brackets for the chair came cracked. It was packaged really well and the piece is tucked right on the bottom of the main seat piece, so I don’t think it was anything to do with shipping. If I bought this chair intending to use it frequently I would be a bit more upset, but I just removed the whole leg rest to stop it from moving and falling around. Overall this chair deserves 5 stars for the price and value points it delivers on. It would be even better if the leg rest worked. ... show more

I received this chair and started the sorting of parts took a deep breath and prepared for the task of assembly. The parts were very well identified and easy to use, even the typically weak wrench they include was easy to use. One thing that amazed me was the quality of even the package and how it was put into the very heavy duty box. Each part was wrapped and placed so there couldn’t have been damage unless the box was run over by a truck. Down to the mechanism was doubled covered with wrap then cardboard. So as for the instructions my only complaint is how small the type is but I’d say that about any instructions. Trust me when I say over 60, have a magnifying glass handy 😊. So each step of assembly includes a picture plus parts needed. While putting together they had me put on the arms and mechanism that sits on the gas shock. At first I thought this was odd and would be a pain when put to go the back but I was wrong. The instructions had a picture of how the seat could be put on the shipping box so it was easy to put in the back of the chair. From there turn it over and set it on the base assembly. It took me about 30 minutes to complete the assembly and probably easiest office chair I’ve put together. Finally after head rest was in place I finally got to sit down. The arms seem very close together I’ll have to double check to see if I put them into correct screw location. The seat is firm and very comfortable as well as the back. I love how the lumbar works. It sits in just the right spot and you can adjust it forward or back as needed.. The headrest is very easy to adjust up and down and move back and forth to your liking. Once I had everything the way I liked I pulled out the leg rest and leaned back. I didn’t expect the leg rest to be comfortable or sturdy but I was wrong, the leg rest cradled my calf’s and even though my feet hang off end it was comfortable. Also because of the design of mesh back and the leg rest this chair is cool. In my previous leather chair it could get have warm and cold in the winter. Overall I’m giving this chair 5 starts because it was easy to assemble, each piece felt 1st rate, and the comfort. I highly recommend and would buy again. ... show more

I had to laugh at the flimsy plastic cover on the wheel post. And I thought something like, "wow, if the rest is like that, I should send it back immediately. Then I examined all the various parts in the box. I laughed again at the flimsy plastic cover, because all the other pieces seem very solid. Legs and wheel mounts are heavy metal - good. The seat post is heavy metal and solid - good. So I thought that flimsy plastic item, strictly decorative, is perfectly adequate. The fact that a simple plastic cover is used to perform a simple duty - that's "spot on." Where solid and heavy is required - it's there. I like this so far. Then there is movement...all things that move are smooth and tight. No slip, no slop. It feels like the machining and components are fit really well. Seat up, seat down - smooth. Rotate - smooth. Roll - smooth. The adjustable lumbar support is easy and precious - what a treat. And the cushion - that is terrific, as comfortable as I have used. Then there is the "not so great" - 1. height of the backrest and headrest. My legs are short and torso is long, so the headrest is just at the top of my shoulders. It doesn't fit me well. A taller version of the backrest would have been a great option. Or perhaps an adjustable backrest. Maybe that is a different model that I just didn't see. 2. The tensioner that controls the backrest leaning back doesn't seem to adjust tight enough. I've turned it as far as I can, and worked it back and forth, but it is still a bit to "soft." I hope that improves over time. It's not a deal breaker Overall, this is a really good chair, and is more than 4 stars. I'm glad I bought it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This office chair is simple to put together and includes all tools required. I like to seat cushion, back and head rest. They are feeling comfortable so far and ergonomics are well designed. The foot rest is well thought addition and is relaxing in between work day. This is better than another sports model chair i got for my kid. This is more suited for daily seating use. ... show more
