This is my third GreenPan. I have have two small and this medium size pan. I originally picked up the first small GreenPan on vacation for the place we were renting. The cookware there was scary. I had no idea how much I’d love it so I took It home with me. I followed the instructions to oil the cooking surface and heat it for 90 seconds before using it the first time. And use only medium heat. It heats evenly, nothing sticks when I use butter or oil and it cleans beautifully. And the price is amazing, too. ... show more

Joke within my family, I only have a kitchen because it came with the place! 😁 sharing that because cooking isn’t one of my strengths, so when I say I found a fantastic pan, will do the cooking for me, no fuss no muss, believe me. So if I had great results, imagine what will happen with someone who knows what they’re doing! 😉 I made an Omelette , it was like butter in the pan, and so easy to flip. I have been using this pan every morning for almost a month to cook eggs. The eggs are so slippery in the pan you have to be careful they don’t slip out on your stove top during cooking. Definitely follow the instructions that come with it and this will be your favorite pan for years. It heats up quickly, and I never have to use more than medium heat like the instructions recommend. The food slides out of the pan so cleanly that all I have to do to clean it is wipe it out with a paper towel. Great price for this great pan! ... show more
