I have traded my 350 dollar office chair for this one while it was on sale for 130 because my old one was falling apart, this chair was an absolute steal. This chair was extremely easy to put together, the build quality is fantastic and the comfort and back support is exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention it has a sleek and non bulky appearance unlike my other ergonomic office chair.     • My first time…and I like it.
Chairs can be tough to buy new without trying them out in person. You have no idea how it will feel, adjust, or breathe as you sit into it. The only way to know if what you’re getting is good or not is by taking a strangers word on the internet that it’s good. That being said, I’m very happy I listened to the strangers on this one. Coming from exclusively leather, cushiony chairs my whole life, I had no idea what to expect out of its mesh cousin. I was looking for something comfortable like a leather seat with the added breathability that mesh provides. This chair hits all marks. It’s comfortable, it breathes, is fully adjustable and comes with easy to read instructions backed up by the best customer service I’ve ever received online in my last 20 years on the web. The curves and contours of the chair fit my 5’10” 250 lb. frame nicely. The pneumatic adjustment is firm and cooperates well with any adjustments you might need. The upright position makes me feel like I slouch too much (which I probably do) and the lowest position almost makes me fall asleep (which I probably need). The casters glide as if on ice (after an upgrade, more on that later) and have no trouble changing course. The wheels might actually slide too well as now I have to plant my feet to stop myself on my wood floors. There is a “not included but provided upon request” lumbar pillow. The cushion is high quality but my back didn’t take to it very well. Not a knock on the chair, just my bad back. All in all, 5/5 so far. All of Assembly is easy if you’ve ever put together any office chair ever. It’s the same. No surprises there. Steel construction with steel screws and a provided Allen wrench for the initial build. I would suggest using a battery powered drill at low speed for the screws. Having a power tool makes the job much quicker but isn’t necessary. All of the pieces are clean and free of any machining burrs. Again, 5/5. Now we get to the customer service. The entire reason I decided to go with this chair was based on feedback provided by past customers. And I’m sure glad I listened. The lumbar pillow I spoke about only took a short email to acquire. Their friendly, helpful, and well spoken customer service agents are quick to reply and are always asking for feedback. I also mentioned earlier in the review that my casters were now good. That does mean the ones that it includes were not up to the standard of the rest of the chair for my weight. That being said, my wife, who is much smaller than I am, had no issues scooting around on the included wheels. Anyway, the company ended up sending me a replacement set of high quality nylon casters at no charge that tied up this experience in a nice little bow. The company did request the old wheels and base the be returned but the prepaid shipping label was provided. The option to have them arrange pickup of said items was also available. 5/5 with ease. So there it is. My first review ever. I would be doing the manufacturer a disservice by not detailing the entire experience from exceptional construction to customer service rivaled by none. If you’re looking to give mesh chairs a shot, don’t be afraid. You will not regret it. (I know this review was all positive. It was not sponsored.     • Excellent chair! Highly recommended!
I was looking for a desk chair that offered good back support as I work at the computer several hours a day. After reading reviews on several desk chairs and trying the desk chair of others in the office (that were much more expensive) I decided to give this one a try based on its style and positive feedback. I am SO HAPPY I did! The chair was very easy to assemble. The chair was made of high-quality materials and is very comfortable to sit in. After using the chair a couple days I found that the casters that came with the chair did not roll as easily on the carpet by my desk. I e-mailed Gabrylly customer support inquiring explaining the issue and inquiring if they offered other casters. At the same time I also inquired about the lumbar pillow that was mentioned in the directions as an optional addition for more back support. I received a response within 24 hours stating that they would send me different casters and the lumbar pillow as soon as I e-mailed them my shipping address. I received a new set of casters and a lumbar pillow about 5 days later at no additional charge. Both the casters and pillow made a huge difference in my use of the chair. The customer service representative followed up with me a few days later confirming that I received these items and inquiring how the chair was working for me. Gabrylly customer support is phenomenal and they go out of their way to make sure their customer is pleased with the product. This is the best desk chair I have had. The high back makes a big difference when using the chair for several hours.     • Vented mesh is a must for your WFH chair
I was told by a number of ‘oldies’ that there is only one ever comfortable and reliable office chair brand. According to those experts, anything else would be a waste of money… or so they thought. Having been around of the corporate IT environment for over a decade I agree that if you have to remain sited for a full time job, your chair brand name should definitely begin with ‘H’. However, not everyone can afford or is wheeling to spend that much money for a comfortable chair, even if that will prolong your health and good posture. I gave a chance to the GABRYLLY mesh chair and never regretted my purchase. It’s been almost a year since the day of purchase. Over two thousand hours in this chair and it still performs great! Seat, back panel and the head rest are still firm and supportive. Arm rests are tight and adjust well to the height of elbows. Rubber wheels are quite and great on the hardwood floor. Swivel is rigid and quite. Hydraulics perform very well and support my weight in any position. Here is why I gave it four stars. When I am making a purchasing decision, it is much more valuable for me to be aware of the concerns rather than of all of the pros that people list out. Hope this will help you as well and will steer your decision towards this awesome chair at a reasonable price. If you wear white socks and tend to put your feet onto the swivel wheels, be ready to get dark marks on your socks from the wheels and grease residue from the wheel bearings. It is inevitable and luckily easily washes off in a regular washing machine cycle. Other than that, you will be very happy with your purchase, I promise! ... show more
