I have been using Cephalon pans for the past 8-9 years. They are built like tanks but the coating is not very durable and it is not extremely non-stick when new. These pans are so slick when new!! I have never tried to cook with zero fat like they show on TV. These pans require very little fat and they clean up with a paper towel. I have baked chicken thighs in the oven, seared a steak at level 8, fried 2 pounds of bacon, and made 2 quesadillas. These pans far out perform the Cephalon I was using. The thick bottom really provides even heat and the coating is awesome ...for now. I cannot speak to ultimate durability. ... show more

I like the depth of the skillet. It's ideal for making a bigger meal without having to use a large size one. The cleanup is so easy. Nothing sticks.

I have purchased several types of pans, copper, non stick, etc. These pans have a heavy thick bottom that doesn't curl or warp with heat. Your eggs don't all roll to one side of the pan. Good even heat. I recommend and will purchase again for sure for son, etc.

I love these pans. Great size pairing for every day meal use. I bought these specifically because they came with lids. But watch out because the lid handle gets very hot!
