I used these to make fritters. The first batch came out a little more crispy than I would have preferred, but overall it does a decent job. Works best if you’re trying to fry something in oil. I’m sure if I used nonstick spray to cook something it probably would stick. The heat isn’t distributed evenly, but after a few batches I figured out how to flip and turn my fritters around so they’d come out a little better looking. I actually like mine crispy like this so it’s not really a loss for me. I specifically bought this pan to make only these. I’m sure there’s better pans out there, but for the price… this isn’t that bad. ... show more

    • You can use it to cook many "mini" things
I really like it, although I have to place it well on my gas stove as it is tricky because of the uneven bottom. Great for pancakes, mini omelets (great size for sandwiches and buiscuits), mini burgers, etc. Careful with the heat setting as it burns if not paying attention. Which they could have a nonstick one. Very cool and convenient item. Great for making breakfast sandwiches with English muffins, egg, and sausage Patties. I put it in the dishwasher but Idk if I was really supposed to or not. But unfortunately mine rusted from just one time in the dishwasher. So that kind of stinks. I love a dishwater friendly product. ... show more

It's hard to flip the eggs once they are in the spots. I covered mine with a plate to maybe steam the top to make it easier. No joke, had an egg explode towards my face while cooking. I got lucky, and the hot yolk flew to the side and plopped itself on the counter instead of my face.
