I bought this to replace a basic mesh backed office chair I had for several years. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks 8+ hrs an day and am very happy with it. The seat appears to very dense foam and after using multiple cushions on my old chair my tailbone and back immediately stopped hurting during this. The arm rests flip up and down very easily and if I want to sit with a leg underneath me or alittle sideways the arms are never in my way. They just push up gently. The wheels are definitely better then your average plastic wheel on a rolling office chair and the lumbar support piece you can move up and down is sturdy and stays in place. And the head/neck rest is the perfect height for me to get good neck support when I lean back. I also love the piece to hang your jacket on the back of the chair. I work from home so I use it to hang my blanket on the back of chair and love that it’s never dragging on the ground anymore. My only complaint is a minor one, and it’s that the chair height doesn’t go down alittle more. I’m 5’2 and my feet just touch the ground in this chair. I typically use an under desk elliptical which really isn’t something I can do anymore because I can’t get my feet flat on the pedals when I’m sitting the chair. Putting together the chair was extremely easy, it took me about 45 minutes from opening the box to having a fully assembled chair. There was a part towards the end that did require me to sit the seat upside down on another chair to get the angle I needed to put the base attachment on the bottom of the seat correctly since I was alone. This is the best desk chair I have used. It looks awesome w/ the blue, it's a denim blue (yes, it's called Carolina blue). There are multiple parts that are adjustable, the head rest, and the lumbar cushion behind the backrest, and the arm rests can fold up, if you prefer the chair to be armless temporarily. Both can be adjusted up or down. Assembly took 20 mins, it comes with 1 extra bolt for each part, and has a nice hex-head tool for tightening. Most of the bolts had anti-seize on them, which is a nice touch for quality, and each part is very well made. This is not a cheap chair by any means. It also has a place where you can hang your jacket! I used the arrow in the picture to show where it is. Comfort is excellent, and since it can recline, it's even better. The main cushion has excellent support. I highly recommend, I have zero complaints about it. And if you email them, they will send you a free gift of an extra lumbar cushion! Add to that a 5-year warranty, which you register with an included QR code. ... show more

Update update: I had been in contact with the manufacturer, Fokesun as I signed up for the free 5 year warranty that’s included with the purchase. Miyi was super helpful and was able to help me fix the creaking noise. Somehow the screws under the seat and the arm handles were loose so tightening them up seemed to do the trick. They even said if that didn’t fix the problem they’d send a replacement plate to help fix the issue. Great customer service from Fokesun. Update: the chair is overall comfortable but really makes a lot of creaking noise. Not exactly the noise you want coming out during a meeting. I’ll just have to live with the creaking noises I guess because I already broke down and recycled the box and returning a put together chair just seems like a lot of work. Relatively easy to put the chair together, though there were some harder parts that would be easier to put together with two people. The seat is comfortable, the adjustable headrest and lumbar support is great. It just feels odd though that one of the arm rests (left) feels like it sits higher than the other (right) and that as you rotate the chair 360 some spots feel higher and lower than the rest of the chair. ... show more

I bought this chair at about $110 on a Black Friday sale. It was exceptional! The chair came disassembled in a box that barely fit everything. Everything was easy to take out an unwrap. The instructions were thorough and had pictures to help. It took about 40 minutes to set up. It also came with a few extra bolts and washers. This chair is more comfortable than I expected after I put it together. The seat and backing are supportive and relaxing! The headrest is okay and somewhat uncomfortable but I may remove it later anyways. Some parts had some scuff marks on it but it's very superficial. Overall a great product! ... show more
