This is definitely a good chair. I am 6'4 235 lb and it's hard to find desk chairs that are comfortable and affordable. This chair is very comfortable and supports my back very well. If I had to say one negative it's the headrest is just a little low for me, but it's not too bad. I know it did say for 6' 2" and under and I'm just slightly above that so that might be the reason for me. I'm sure for most people it is not an issue. I'm 5'4 and this chair is perfect as I WFH. Adjustable and comfortable with a wide cushioned base. Arm rests are fantastic and head/neck support is just right. Took me about 40 min to put together by myself. Love the look and it has exceeded expectations!

The instructions were great, the parts were easy to put together and seem of good quality and sturdiness. However, the packaging for the screws and Allen wrench was not the best, I would have preferred they be put in individual packaging but I just had to take a picture of the labeled packaging before I opened it and it was easy to keep track of all pieces. I chose this chair over others because of it's price, the discount I got, the overall style of the chair and the weight limit. I am about 300lbs so I needed something with that weight limit. The chair has a pretty big seat and the arm rest don't constrict my torso or thighs. I am even able to sit with one leg under me. The seat cushion could be better, it's a bit hard and not soft or bouncy, more of a sturdy leather. It took me about 20-30 minutes to put it all together, all the screws and the Allen wrench were included. I was worried about the piston part, the mechanism that allows the chair to go up and down but surprisingly that was the easiest part of the assembly. The headrest is a little weird, it feels comfortable when I'm able to rest my head on it but I can only do so if I'm leaning back and have my head back but it's really adjustable so that's good. So far so good. Pardon my messy room. I'm currently tly activating my 5 year warranty that was included in the purchase, I almost purchased the 40 2 year warranty that Amazon offered me but I saw that this 5 year warranty was included in my purchase. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The quality of the chair is good and it is very comfortable. I am using it in my home office and have already many spent hours in it. It is solid and I love that it comes with a five-year warranty. The assembly took about 1 hour and is pretty straightforward and not complicated. It has an adjustable lumbar support which helps my back quite a bit, and an adjustable headrest also quite helpful. The height adjustment is interesting it goes much higher than expected. I use it on the lowest setting and it good for typing at my desk. I also really like the padded arm rests. This chair is easily as good or better than the Lazyboy chair it replaced which I paid about twice as much for. Last night I fell asleep sitting in it that how comfortable I find it. ... show more

The chair feel like good quality, fairly simple to assemble for 1 person, it’s comfortable and comes with adjustable support for the back and head, and fit perfectly on my desk. I like the fact that the arm pads can be positioned vertically makes the chair go all the way into the desk saving space.

I had a gaming chair but I have starting working from home and needed more lumbar support. I love this chair. It is not perfect. The cushions on the arms can shift inside the material. It is not coming off, I just feel it move. I am 5' 6" and weigh just about your business, but not yet. I have shorter legs and have it on the lowest setting for the chair height. It fits me great. The seat is nice and wide and I find it comfortableeven after a long day. I like to sit with my legs crossed sometimes. I got the blue chair and the color is great. So far no complaints.
