While it seemed strange to spend about 10% of the Aeron chair's lofty price for just a headrest I'm glad I did. This headrest has really improved my computer work productivity and body posture by keeping my head in alignment with the computer screens. It is very comfortable to now sit up perfectly straight while at my desk...previously I didn't realize how much I was hunching forward, ruining my posture, and sometimes getting fatigued. It is easy to install this headrest (instructions are clear) and the product quality seems to match that of Herman Miller, including the Mineral color and fabric. My Aeron chair (purchased new in 2022) is the Remastered model which this headrest is intended for. Bottom line: If you have a recent-model Aeron chair this headrest is truly worth another 10%. ... show more

Works perfectly and easy to assemble. Only issue is it's grey colour doesn't match the aeron's grey exactly (off by a small degree of shade), nothing that really bothers me personally though.

Installation is easy and the headrest is solid/robust once in place. It uses a clamp with a M6 cap screw (comes with an extra cap screw for size A Aeron chair) to increase clamping force. The mesh isn’t as tight as the mesh on the chair, but it’s sufficient and comfortable. Overall, I’m happy with the material and build quality. This thing is SO nice... It works well and what I received is of really high quality. I've adjusted it several times without any issue and it fit my 6'2 hight just fine on an Aeron Remastered, Size C. Of course, I was careful to install it nice and centered and didn't CRANK the bolt. No need... just make it nice and tight, adjust it a few times over the next couple days to feel it out. And there ya go! One more thing, I have a fully mineral colored chair 2018 model and the H3 Mineral is a perfect match. The only thing they could improve on is the look of the mechanism. It's just a little busy for the Aerons simplicity up top. But something for future iterations. ... show more

Well made must-have accessory for Aeron chairs. Installation was quick and easy. Adjustable positions (tilt up/down, forward/backward) and adjustable tension provide great neck/headrest support which is missing in Aeron chairs. Construction, color and materials (Carbon & Mineral) are closely matched and almost identical to OEM. Amazing headrest. Ordered the H4 event hough I'm not 5'11 or taller, for the bigger pillow. Try to go for it directly from their site coz right now they giving twenty pcnt off. Indeed a fine chair like Aeron is incomplete without this HeadRest ....Ever wonder why HM doesn't make it :D ?

I personally like the head rest a bit loose I hope their is no issue when I decide I want it firm (to adjust) but the instructions seem to indicate their is a way to adjust to a perfect angle & pressure

This product fits perfectly to my Aeron. It fits so well that it looks like an original manufactured add-on. The fabric and the frame of the product is precisely reproduced to match the color of the chair (I have a white chair and was afraid that it would not match perfectly but it does).
