When popping is complete, simply flip the machine upside down and the cover is now a serving bowl for your snack. Not only is it easy to use, but because it has a stirring piece, it keeps the popcorn moving and from getting burned. It's also the perfect size for me and my son to each have a good amount of our own to eat. I have been using this for a couple of weeks now but have yet to use the butter-melting part; I don't put butter on mine due to the calories. This product gets the job done but as I was preparing popcorn for my sons’ party the plastic knob in the middle did melt a little and fell off. This is good if you are making small batches. If you are doing a lot at once it may not be suitable. I did 5 batches back to back which caused the piece to melt. It turned out to be a very good popcorn maker. It is fast, easy to use, pops pretty much everything. It gives you an additional option where you can melt butter to make the taste even better. The cover works as a serving bowl at the same time. It is big enough to serve several people.
