When we received this dehydrator, we were worried about how small it was. But size does not matter with this thing. (It just adds to the cuteness factor.) It has 8 trays and lots of room! We used it over the weekend to make some jerky and it works well. The jerky stuffed a gallon size ziploc bag. It has two knobs, one for power and one for the temp.
