Probably 3.5 stars. This chair is an overall good deal. The price was very reasonable, the chair is fairly comfortable, and it was easy to assemble. Unfortunately, it's not a "several hours, everyday" chair. It's just too small, and the padding, though not terrible, is too thin for hours of sitting at a time. If you need a desk chair for an hour here and there, and aren't too large, this will be fine, and the price is right. I did it while my husband made me a hotdog and without needing to refer to the instructions. It rolls easily, is very lightweight and adjusts to the height I need. They need to put 4inch memory foam in these. The foam they use for the cushion is so thin that it hurts you after about an hour. The good news is you can add to it as it is inside a zippered cover. The cover/cushion is course feeling, wraps around the seat of the chair and keeps sliding off. I wish this seller would send me another cushion to add to this one and then it would be perfect.
