I am generally not a fan of non-stick pans because eventually, inevitably, you will be eating the non stick surface. My go to "nonstick" pans are a well seasoned carbon steel or cast iron pan. But there are times when the convenience of a true non stick pan can't be beat. In short - if I'm going to use a true non-stick, I want it to be the best and from most reputable manufacturer. One could argue it's only aesthetics defect but when you are a big name, this shouldn't pass QA in my opinion. The pan is good so far, excellent for eggs/pancakes.. but I would refrain from recommending or gifting this product if these defects are common.

It's thick so it takes a bit to heat up, but it also hold the heat well and cooks evenly. The non stick surface is very slippery as well and cleans up nicely.

Expensive, good looking, but sub-par performance. I was so excited about this pan because it looks so good. I bought two - this one and a smaller size. This one takes what feel like forever to heat up on both gas and induction ranges, and it warps ever so slightly as it heats, pooling any fat or oil to the outside of the pan, and away from the food you are cooking in the middle. It doesn’t brown meat well compared to my other non-stick pans. In the end, I bought two of these pans as a proof of concept to buy a whole lot more of them, and they failed to do the job well. ... show more
