Most people know you feed your plants to keep the healthy. Most people don't know that in soil your not feeding your plant. Your feeding your soil then your soil feeds your plant. This product feeds your soil. It feeds good bacteria good fungi as well as adds then. With products like this you have to trust your source. There are alot of fake products or products filled with stuff not benefital.. I have some experience with this stuff from many manufacturers.. I find this product is what it says it is. Easy Peasy Lemon Sqeezy. $ easy to use tablets that are equal to a year's supply of Life Elixer for for leafed babies. I did some research before I found these and yes, indeed, your plants need more than water and sun to grow optimally. So let's give those plants a needed boost. If you read the ingredient list you will see a list of 17 + microbes etc. Sort of probiotics . Biologics. Unbeknownst to me, my plants need these nutrients to flourish. This mix is trademarked, endorsed by four organizations, and guaranteed. They even put their company name and address on the packaging. That is a lot of evidence that they have confidence in their product. There are four (fizzy) tablets that make 16oz each of this mixture. They recommend using it once every 3 months, hence a year supply of bio-goodies for your houseplants. I watered my plants first so the soil was damp and ready. Using a waterer I mixed a tablet and 16 oz water. I gave my babies a sip or two and I am hopeful to think they are thanking me. I am going to get two packets next time because I have lots of plants staying indoors during the winter season.! Voila!! ... show more

    • Maybe it worked?
I wanted this to be the answer, and I wanted to get by without doing the work. But I dont think I can. Perhaps my plants are beyond the proBiotic stage and just need a good old fashioned repotting. I waited a month after watering 3 different plants with it. No change really. One may have a bit of better leaf color, but slight. I took pictures, but there really was no change. I will continue to test and come back with a better length of time and hopefully some pictures to add. ... show more

So, I read it could take up to three months to show results. I used it on a potted lantana that's been in the same pot for three years now. It doesn't look as robust as it used to, and I plan to repot it after this little supplement has enough time to do its thing. It's only been a week since I used the plant support. Disclaimer, I'm not a botanist or master gardener, but here's what I found after researching the active ingredient. It's mycorrhizal fungi, which is a fungus found in a symbiotic relationship with plants in nature. The fungi becomes part of the plant's root structure and makes the plant more drought, disease and pest resistent. It can also make it easier for the plant to absorb nutrients. There's a lot more information online about it, but it certainly seems to be a positive addition. Also, it apparantly produces bigger food yields and flower blooms. If something goes wrong with my plant since adding this, I will update my review... or if something miraculous happens, I will update. For now though, I feel good about adding this to the soil of my lackluster plant. ... show more

When I ordered the "Instant Plant Support | Soil ProBiotics & Mycorrhizae for Houseplants and Indoor Gardens" I did not find exact explanations on how little solution these 4 tablets make. Each tablet is supposed to be dissolved in just 16 ounces = 2 cups of water. The solution is supposed to help after one treatment. So last week I chose my house plants with discolored leaves, stunted growth and dropping leaves to get their revival solution. I dissolved 2 tablets in 32 ounces of water. It went really fast and the water turned into a brownish liquid. do not know how long any effects will take. So far there is no difference visible. I treated 8 plants, depending on size they received between 2 ounces and 6 ounces each. The nextb treatment has to wait 3-4 months. I am still hopeful. When I ordered the soil support the price was $17.95, by now it has come down to $15.26, that is still almost $4 per tablet, quite pricey. ... show more

I regularly use other Mycorrhizae products for most of my plants. I am a firm believer that it is beneficial in that the fungi increases root development, growth, and thus, increases the uptake of water and nutrients, so I was excited to try this Instant Plant Support product. There are 4 tablets in the pack. Each tablet is to be mixed with 16 ozs of water. Humm? 16 ozs is not going to ho very far with the many plants that I have. Even if I use all 4 tablets, I’ll still have to ignore a lot of my plants. So, I guess I should just use this for my plants that are struggling and need a little extra care. I have a White Fusion Calathea and a Rabbit Fern that are struggling. I watered each with the Instant Plant Support on December 4th. Today, December 8th, both plants are looking 100% better and the Fern has 2 new fronds starting. So this Mycorrhizae with the added Humic acid does work and I have to believe it’s the Humic Acid that has made the difference. My normal Mycorrhizae product does not contain Humic Acid. The Instant Plant Support product works but it’s awfully expensive. I will use it only when I have a plant about to bite the dust. ... show more

It’s hard to tell if this is working or not. I’ve fed my houseplants with them twice so far. My peace lilies are blooming, and another plant has new growth. All you do is drop the tablet into your watering can and let it dissolve. I do like how easy it is so I may actually continue to feed my houseplants (which I never did before). ... show more
