    • Easiest way to make your eggs!

This little Dash egg cooker works just like the company says and it is much easier to make my poached eggs in this instead of getting out the pot and little egg holders, way too many big things involved that way and more cleanup. It makes hard boiled eggs great and they do peal a lot easier. It shuts off when the water has boiled out and it plays a little ditty to let you know. It is a good idea to push the button in before you unplug it or it will start heating up as soon as you plug it back in the next time. The plate does get hot fairly quickly and if you have hard water like me, I live in the country and have a well, you need to make sure you clean it right away or it will have calcium buildup that you will have to scrub with warm water and baking soda to get off. And something else, the dome lid is a little hard to get off at first, it’s like it’s vacuumed sealed or something but if you wait 30 seconds or so it will come off easier. The accessories that come with it are made of good sturdy plastic and it’s is best to spray them with cooking spray before you use them, easier to get the eggs out and easier clean up. This thing is fun. It can cook seven eggs at a time and they always come out perfect. Just make sure to read the directions carefully before cooking eggs. It is very easy once you get the hang of it. The most important things are to use the measuring cup to put water on the heat plate, use the tray (don't put eggs directly on the heat plate), use the poker to make a hole in each egg, and push the off button when the eggs are done. After that it is "easy-peasy" and you can make a bunch of hard boiled eggs (or whatever type of egg you want in the booklet). I make 7 eggs at a time and then make deviled eggs. The eggs will be much easier to peel after cooking in this device, because they are done exactly right. ... show more

It work good, but takes I have to put on hard boiled and a couple of eggs are still too soft. I just add more water and cook a little longer. The eggs are definitely easier to peel.

I have to say that this egg cooker is awesome!! The eggs cook quickly and peeling them is so easy!! No green ring around the yolk. The only drawback is that I didn’t buy a bigger one.
