I read the instructions which were the same as a previous brand which is no longer available. Sticking to my t-shirt allows adjustment. These stick better than the previous brand and last longer. In my experience they are still heating the next day and stick to next t-shirt. My chronic area of pain is at belt level, so it is easier to keep pressure on them to stay in place, perhaps an elastic bandage would help. ... show more

The heat is perfect, however they don’t stick as well as I would like. I will probably keep buying them for at home use, but not so much for when I’m out of the house because of lack of stickiness. Pain relief is good if I can put it where I need it for my back. Sometimes a bit tricky.

Directions say pads must not be applied to skin. Use cloth between pad and cloth. Pad didn't stick to cloth. Pads produce very little heat when used as directed.
