I haven't used them very much yet, mostly just breakfast stuff. I don't like the ridges in the bottom of the pan and the sides slope in so much that there's only about 8" of flat cooking area in the bottom of the 12" pan. I also have to add some oil in the pan to keep eggs from sticking.

Set of 3 pans came at a good price, non stick coating looks good but time will tell. Handles are a bit long and bottoms are not particularly thick so empty pans are a little off balance. Nice shallow angle sides make for easy flipping but flat portion of bottom is reduced as a result.

These pans have been great ever since we discovered them at a vacation home recently. Impressed so much we ordered our own set after getting home. The pans are great for anything you choose to cook especially for eggs and and other foods prone to stick in stainless steel versions.
