This chiar is a high quality chair. The parts are high quality, the chair is well thought out, very comfortable. It took almost as much time to unpack it as it did to assemble it. Packaged well, the assembly was pretty easy. Everything lined up as far as holes drilled, fit and finish. The screws come with locktite on them. They seem like descent screws. The included hex key tool is actually a cross tool, which is nice. The plastic parts feel very solid, almost like ballistic nylon... strong parts. The wheels and base are heavy duty. The chair rolls so smoothly it's almost a nuisance.... but again quality parts. The instruction booklet was put together well, and it explains the assembly rather well. No "Engrish" typos noticed either, that's another plus for this chair. The chair is kinda simple in it's design and I think that helps with it's comfort. The cushion supposedly has memory foam and springs (I can't confirm this as I'm not going to cut open the cushion) thus why I bought it instead of a full memory foam cushion which will eventually fail. The head rest is adjustable and huge, you shouldn't have any problem adjusting it to your noggin. The Lumbar support is adjustable and feels "right" instead of forcing your posture. The arms have thick padding on the section where your arms rest, they are pretty long and should give your foreamrs plenty of rest area. They flip up so the chair can fit under a desk. They are SOLID, you can push up and off this chair using them if you wanted to without worry of breaking them off the chair frame. There are only 2 small cons with the chair. 1- The included hex key tool is soft metal, the tool stripped out and I ended up using a hex tool of my own. I wasn't wrenching hard on the screws either... so keep that in mind. 2- While installing the chair back... it's kinda wonky doing this the way the instructions explain it. You have to "fenagle" the back into position after installing the initial first 2 screws. Again kinda wonky but hardly a deal breaker. Overall this chair seems like it should last forever... the cushion is comfortable, the back mesh feels like a good quality material (head rest is the same material) It's a big chair... bigger then I imagined but I have a huge desk so it kinda evens out. If you have a smaller office area or desk, this chair might be too big. Keep that in mind. All that being said, this is a fantastic chair, quality parts, easy assembly, simple design. If you are a bigger person, I would highly suggest this chair. Even if you're not a bigger person I can't see why anyone wouldn't appreciate this chair. Purchase with confidence!!! ... show more

All in all, a surprisingly well constructed chair, I would like to discuss my personal experience with my contented purchase. In this scenario, I will start with the seat as this is the concern of most people who are shopping for a new chair. The leather material is well made and crafted carefully. Regarding finer detail, there were no issues with ripped or damaged fabric, which is a sign of the patience and care put into the construction of this seat. The contour shape of this seat is very subtle and will accommodate all sizes with generous space. Being a man of 6'3, the depth of the seat supports the entirety of my legs even for my size. The base of the chair is built very strong, creating a very wide stance while providing great balance especially while reclining. The armrests are extremely comfortable and will help fight against the fatigue of demanding office work. The armrests are fully operable allowing you to adjust the height and depth, even pivoting completely parallel to the seat creating space to move your arms freely at your desk space. The pros of this chair shine bright in the backrest, mesh is ideal support for an ergonomic chair and this is a great example with well thought out lumbar support that is completely operable to raise or lower, more firm and supporting, or casual and laid-back, the options are all here to be dialed in to your liking. A tilt function as well as height adjustment is located conveniently within arms reach while seated. This is very important as this design will reduce fatigue while working allowing you to perform at a higher level of focus. This item arrived promptly, well before quoted shipping estimate time. The product box arrived conveniently at my home in great condition, all parts were packaged and labeled securely and the instructions were very easy to follow. Assembly of this chair would require no more than 20-30 mins to construct as tools are including with the packaging. To sum it up, a very practical and professional large executive chair built to withstand day to day use of long hours that is fairly comfortable and will support you during your day's work. This price range I believe is very generous considering the competitive nature of our economy. I strongly believe this product is worth the investment to try for yourself, it could very well be the answer you are looking for. I love the build quality. I love the way it feels when you sit in it. It is so comfortable the best chair I have ever sat in. Even my son just bought a new one and now he's rethinking on ordering this one and we're both big guys. I mean this is so comfortable and sturdy and big holds over 500 lb
