I have had this now a week, and, made a lot of things in it. Stir fry. Tortillas. Pancakes. Pizza. Eggs. It has been amazing. I easily fit 55 eggs, 2.5 pounds sausage, and other stuff (my guess is you could do 8 dozen and 4 pound of sausage pretty easy, which I plan on doing next week). It cooked the 55 eggs in about 6 minutes. I was impressed with how well the eggs did not stick to the pan--cleanup was very easy. So far, it has been great. Using my infrared thermometer, even when I heat with two burners from each side, the middle gets considerable hotter, and I wonder if that is because of the logo stamped in the middle. This made the pizza a bit harder than if I had more even heat. ... show more

Pictured above is this 20” monster on a 200k BTU LP burner being seasoned for the first time. I’ve been trying griddles and liked them, but this is another step beyond. I seasoned with canola at 500 degrees by laser thermometer, then made the very best smash burgers I personally have ever made-uniform carmelization, no problems turning the burgers on a freshly seasoned HOT surface. The only drawback is grease managment compared to a true griddle, but I made 8 burgers from 3.5 lbs of meat with no splatter issues. Cleanup was bring water to a rolling boil and then scrub with stainless chain mail. I love this skillet, so glad I bit the bullet and got it. It’s going to see a lot of use. ... show more

This pan is too large for conventional ovens, (possibly a commercial kitchen oven). Also finding a lid for this item is difficult at best. I found one that is close, but with shipping and tax is over $50).

Noticed a large crack in the side wall starting on the handle and extending down toward the cooking surface. When not cooking, this skillet has to hang by the handle on the wall. This is right where the crack is. No way to contact the manufacturer. Can Amazon do anything?
