Less than a year after purchase and only using it once, it will not hold above 7 psi. Complete garbage and just a waste of money. While everything seems to be just fine, i fired it up and tried to can with it. Never could get the gauge to read 11 psi. Thought maybe it was the gauge. Put 2 more gauges on it and they both confirm that it never reaches the correct pressure before the weights start releasing pressure. It's a shame because it really seems to be a good canner with great features when looking at it. Save your money however. Came to review it, and saw many other reviews that all seem to indicate it's a problem product. ... show more

Once I finally figured out how to use it by extensively searching online and some trial and error and more than a little bit of panic, it works great. Wish it came with detailed and complete directions, but it does not.

I can't really review this yet because I'm waiting on my 15 psi weight rockers to get here so that I can pressurize past 10 psi which is the highest your going to get as is. Makes no sense as to why the cooker defaults with max 10 psi. Pretty disappointed. Also my pressure gauge out of the package had condensation built up on the glass before even being used. When using it the heat condensation really makes it hard to read and is also unsafe I'm pretty sure. 2nd one of these by this company, cheaply built as the first ones locking pin broke after the 2nd time using it.
