The first chair I received didn’t have wheels so I returned and received a replacement very quickly. The back did come with a hole in it, but it is small and I don’t want to go through trying to disassembling and packaging the pieces back up again so I’m going to keep it and try to put something on it to keep the hole from getting bigger. I started using this for a month now. Firstly, I got a damaged piece and worked with Amazon to replace it. Not at all comfortable to sit and work for more than 1 hour. It gives back pain and it started tilting to one side.

I’m glad I had a deep discount on this chair. It is. OT comfortable. The lumbar support is nothing more than a plastic piece on the back of the chair that you can pull up or push down it does absolutely nothing. The arm rests are ok but nothing to write home about. If I had to buy this chair again, I would come out better sitting on a crate with a bed pillow cushion. ... show more
