I was very happy with the product until it stopped working just shy of a year since purchase. I thought it was the batteries so I replaced them and nothing. It won’t open or close using key pad. I bought the one that has the keyboard and fingerprint reader and another with just the key pad and not are do not work any more. I have tried contacting seller but can’t get connected.
