I purchased this sealer 2023, usually only use it 1-2 times monthly. but recently it stopped vacuuming, only can seal. I also cleaned the chamber and everything, but still no help. Their warranty say there is 5 years warranty, I have contacted their support, I don't know if their warranty will help. I will update after get response from them. I have the GG sealer and it works great. with room to store a roll in the sealer thought buying the replacements from GG also would be good since the roll size will fit in without issue. great company, great sealer and great bags

Really does a great job on the vacuum sealing! Design is very good with the top designed not to close completely after use so the sealing mechanism isn't compromised. The bags are great too! In comparing this with another brand they are both similar but this Greater Good one seals better, is light weight and compact, the electric cord is delectable, it has a nice storage bag, and overall it is a very good product.
