I love that you can change the colors with remote that comes with it. The lights started malfunctioning after a month or so & I use them everyday. The sticky adhesive made it easy to apply but overtime the adhesive wasn’t as sticky therefore some of the lights weren’t staying attached to the wall.

I am leaving 5 star's because I don't think these lights are the worst, but they are not great and thus will only get read if it is 5 star's or 1 star. So, these things are $10. That being said when they work the color is bright, vibrant, the options are pretty cool, and everything works. I snapped off a light immediately after instalation. I imagine that this would have happened with any strip, but I hit perfectly with my foot and punted the square piece across the room. After I tried to repair it by splicing in new line. I have done this before and it is begging level stuff. I even had the connectors lying around for the occasion. Thus did not work. After giving that up I used another roll and although the installation was successful, we found that by the next day they were stroking and not working. I believe it is the plug causing the issue now, and the lights kind of randomly blink if messed with. I have 2 kids that also jumped all over them. Again, $10 so really I give these 3 stars. ... show more

I am not sure of room sizes too well but my granddaughter’s bedroom may be about 12’ x 18 ft. There is 2 rolls of 50 count each of lights that my DIL was able to string around the cieling for my granddaughter. They fit perfectly and work well. She loves the colors but isn’t using the bluetooth music. She is too young for that and she already has that in her lights that go onto the ceiling. But if you are looking for that feature it works well also. Just pair with your iPhone. I would certainly purchase these again in the future for not only my granddaughter but who ever needs them. The price point was very good for this product considering what you receive. I am happy with this purchase and so are my granddaughter, DIL and my son. ... show more

I bought 2 sets of these lights. The LEDs themselves are great. Here are the things you need to know to make them work properly: 1. The mounting tape attached to the back of the lights will NOT hold them up long. I purchased a clear double sided tape that I put on the wall first, then attached the lights with their adhesive to the double sided tape. So far so good. 2. My first set came with 3 spools of 16.4 feet each. Second set came with 2 spools of 25 feet each. They recommend not more than 2 spools joined end to end otherwise you lose voltage. I attached 2 of the 16 feet ones in series without issue. Did not try attaching the two 25 foot ones end to end. 3. The standard connectors are black and add a few inches with no lights and don't look good. If you don't want to connect with the standard connectors you can cut the strips. Cut the strips ONLY where marked, a gold area. You can use the included white plastic connectors to connect the cut strips for a cleaner look. 4. The control box with infrared sensor is connected directly to the strips. If you are mounting the LEDs on the ceiling, then the control box will be close to the ceiling too. 5. The power cord is short. Again, if mounting the strips on the ceiling, you will have a power cord hanging from the control box and it will only reach about half way down the wall. Depending on your situation, could look messy with the control box, power cord and extension cord hanging from ceiling. 6. If you cut a strip and attach the small linking connector, it works great to attach to another cut strip. But if you are trying to connect the standard male connector to this linking connector, you cannot without some soldering. So plan out how and where you cut the strips. Other than that, the lights are awesome. Very bright, nice colors and features. Look great and for the price are a great product. My kids love them. ... show more

I love them. Great price and bit of a pain to put up but they look amazing in the end!! They were long enough to go around the whole room! They have lots of beautiful colors and different color transition options. I have had them up a while and they are still nice. The only thing is some of the colors don't work the same or have certain spots of half the color. I mostly use them for my baby who loves looking at the different colors.
