Tray Sealer Machine - $239.38 This thing is amazing. We have someone with Celiac Disease in the family, and she also has trouble eating a lot. Special food for her is sometimes 5 times more expensive than our food. She can't eat a lot, and has trouble coming back to it, so we end up wasting a lot. Even if we eat it, it's still a waste because we don't need to eat that ourselves. This is a lifesaver! Now we open it, we take out what she'll eat, and then we re-cover the top with plastic. It works great! No freezer burn if we keep it cold while we do it. I haven't had to buy new trays yet, but hopefully they're not too expensive. This seals the food really tightly. You can thump it and it's fine. It has the perfect sized containers. It fits in my small kitchen, and is unobtrusive. We love it! ... show more

I was a little nervous about trying this out at first after reading the reviews but for my needs this more than takes care of everything. All the trees are pretty well made and my husband was able to figure out how to get the sealer under control to tightly seal everything in and make everything great for meal prepping. I feel like it could be a little more heavy duty and that the sealer could be a little easier to figure out but my husband was able to get it easily after I had struggled with it for a while so I think it just depends on how good you are at figuring out stuff like that LOL my husband is excellent at it so he said it was pretty simple and straightforward and did not have a hard time doing it. After all that part is figured out it's pretty easy to use and nice to seal up the container. It functions as intended and I have not had a single issue. The suction power on it is good and everything can get nice and tightly sealed. I'm able to put the food in there that I want and keep it in the freezer until I'm ready to eat it. Super handy to have as long as you're not needing it for like large amounts of food and large quantities of everything. Also if you are not really handy or your partner is not really handy you may struggle figuring out how to use the sealer at first. After some time though I'm sure you could figure it out! The quality of everything is really good for the price point and I'm really happy with it! Still a solid 8 out of 10 in my opinion and worth every penny. ... show more

This is a very nice food seller. It’s easy to operate. It functions smoothly and seals food swiftly. My only issue is that this machine only works using its own containers, annd they are of a specific size, so use is very limited. I think this is a real missed opportunity.

I really, really wanted to like this product. I envisioned so many uses for it and got excited when it arrived. As an avid outdoorsman with a passion for cooking, I’m always tinkering around with wild game and other foraged ingredients. Preserving these and using every part is very important to me. I have traditional vacuum sealers and they’re far more economically priced and cost effective, but they do suffer in the ability to seal wet food. I intended on using this machine for wet aging, marinades, and sauces to keep them fresh as well as vegetables from our garden. After testing it, it does work as advertised and it will have some use for me. But the trays are far smaller than I anticipated and the unit is far larger. It also is almost four times the cost of an effective vacuum sealer and the way this product seals, it only laminates around the lip of the tray so the internal air remains. The way it seals leave excess plastic around the tray so you need to trim it. The unit comes with a few, but you’ll need to wash and reuse them because getting additional trays and sealant is not an easy process. ... show more

I like to buy bulk from places like Costco and thought this would work perfectly for sealing different bulk items in smaller portions. It is easy to use and works well. The trays are small but that works well for me. It has good suction and seals well. Good addition for kitchen.

No vacuum seal. No easy way to replace trays and sealing materials. As far as a food prep station I’d say it’s severely lacking in ease of use and versatility. Upon first use I had to repeatedly press the power button to get it to work properly =not good for a brand new just out of the box machine. I can’t imagine what it will be like in a year. All it does is seal the tops of the provided containers, which are specifically designed for just this product and extremely expensive to replace as they are only available by the manufacturer. I tried to use this on a large batch of spaghetti sauce & meatballs I made and was disappointed to see that there was no vacuum seal available. It did seal all the way around the container; But the seal itself was barely thicker than a pencil line. I wouldn’t trust it for long-term storage. It does not say in any of the materials or online that it is good for use in the freezer. Also, it is not a banjo tight seal across the container top either so I think stacking would be a problem if you did freeze them. The lack of adaptability is a no go for the price IMO. It has an extremely large footprint so it’s going to take up half of a cabinet if you store it in your kitchen. It is very lightweight but offers no on board storage for anything but one roll of the film so you would not only need to store the unit but the trays and extra rolls separately. I don’t think this was very well thought out. It’s a nice idea, but that’s all- -it does not function Well enough to warrant the expense. A regular vacuum sealer does three times as much for a quarter of the price.. ... show more

Could be a bit more robust but over all it does work well. The power button which is also the main button was aparently pressed a tad too hard and is now recessed inside the unit. The easy to remove plastic is the way to go! Like having home made meals pre packaged and easy to microwave and dishwasher safe. Great tool right next to the vac sealer and air frier. ... show more
