This is a cool popcorn machine. It is mainly plastic. But if you take care of it it will make a nice machine. Makes good popcorn and give your home vintage classic popcorn machine. If you want to get something better for more money they got bigger metal expensive ones. But for 2-4 people this is enough ... show more

Bought this for my moms media room. Had a couple issues putting it together and the pot actually didnt hang straight. Looks like they used a hanger piece from a larger unit on one side but easy fix with a washer holding it up slightly. This allows the gear to engage and works fine. Would have had to been sent back if I didnt figure out a way to secure it. The popcorn maker cabinet is made pretty well other than that but the cart underneath is about as cheap as they could have made it. Fine as long as you dont move it but the way the wheels connect to the base is horrible and will easily break if you arent careful. This isnt that bad for the price but expect to do some "adjusting" yourself. ... show more

Complete piece of garbage. I have no idea how it got good reviews. It’s mostly cheap plastic. The dimensions shown in the description are completely inaccurate. It is not 18” wide more like 11”. Definitely false advertising at it’s finest. It’s basically an overpriced kids toys. I would not trust making more than one batch of popcorn in it without the plastic melting. Its too frail, the wheels are plastic 3D type. The amount of popcorn it makes is not enough. I have to make a batch just to make enough for one person. Its not worth the cost.

This was a gift for our neighbors and they have 2 small children. They all loved it!! We also bought Great Northern popcorn pre-measured packets to make the popcorn and it worked really great and some nice small popcorn bags for serving and the kids just loved passing the bags of popcorn around to the whole family.
