I have been using this developer for months and love it because it doesn't damage my hair at all. For all those concerned about it being sealed and not all full shouldn't be worried because that's how the product comes. I bought a bleach kit that was supposed to tone with the bleach. That was a joke. I bleached my hair like 4 times& if I had thought to buy a separate toner sooner, I probably wouldn't have had to fry my hair so much. After I used this toner, my hair was a completely different& better blonde. So this was my first time using this, it comes w the developer already (I bought a 20 developer bc I didn’t know it already comes w the one you need.) So this comes w the activator lotion (which is the developer) and it makes your hair have a shine to it. I have mixed hair, it’s very porous, course, dry, and curly/wavy, this definitely added the shine that my hair desperately needed. Most dyes leave it looking flat black, no shine or depth, this is the one you need if you have hair similar to mine & need a dye that will add some depth. Also, it smells great and is more on the watery side versus cream side- but it still covers very well. I have grays that come on my roots & their stubborn as heck- this actually covered them ALL. You DO need to have a bowl 🥣 & a brush to administer onto your hair, AND you need your own gloves, and cover, this stuff is watery like I said so it’s gonna get everywhere if you don’t have all your space covered.
