It shows me all the deets I want to know,: the speed, time, and distance. just like my own personal trainer right at my fingertips. Overall, the walking pad is very good tool to train myself at home. especially when it's at night i don't want to go to gym, i could use it or daytime walking and studying on it is very easy. and it is quiet than i thought. initially i thought it might be noisy since its a big machine, but i recorded the video hope you can hear the sound from the machine.
