After many hours of searching the internet for good treadmills that wouldn't break the bank, I found this NordicTrack model had what seemed to be a good mix of quality, features, and value. When we received it, we couldn't have been happier! For the price, it provided all the features we could want for those poor weather days we experience in the Pacific Northwest. I highly recommend paying extra for delivery to a specific room, especially if you plan to put it upstairs. Unboxing was easy and the instructions for connecting the pieces was clear. There are videos online as well if you need a little extra guidance. Also, make sure you have two people as it is quite heavy for one person. After using it for more than 3 months, I'm still satisfied and give it 5 stars. I'd highly recommend picking up the maintenance kit too, as our belt started to slip within a month. If you read the manual, it will tell you to tighten the belt, but after some more research this is not a good idea until you've made sure the belt deck is sufficiently lubricated. The belt should be tight enough from the factory, and you don't want damage it by over tightening it! If you're using it in a warm place quite frequently, it will probably need reapplication every 1-3 months. ... show more

Packaged well, a lot of packaging to keep item protected. We paid $19.99 for room of choice delivery, it was a couple hours later than the window we chose though once it arrived the delivery people were pleasant. We used YouTube to put together, 2 people is good for easy set up, can be done solo though would be a little challenging not impossible though. Only time consuming part of set up is fishing the cord through. Item durable and not super noisy. Great price for cyber Monday and got the Amazon protection plan. Had to adjust the belt some and that was annoying but it works fine. There are lines and marks on the belt though they don’t interfere with the performance at all. Excited to use for fast walking 5 times a week, 2 people each day. Will update if we encounter any issues though first impression is pleasant. ... show more

This is a great treadmill for home. It feels very sturdy and yet is compact. I will say, it weighs a ton, and setting it up had its challenges, but we did it. (Thank god we paid for the Amazon delivery-to-room of choice!). The only thing I don't love is that there doesn't seem to be an auto-power-off, or if it is, it is a very long period. I decided to turn my basement into a gym and a treadmill is a staple of any gym. I scoured the internet and Amazon for a cost effective treadmill that would allow me to RUN and gain some incline during the long Northern winters. I went back and forth between this NordicTrack and another brand. Ultimately it was the speed and incline that led me to this one. Biggest concern was the reviews about arriving broken and lack of customer service support. I put my trust in something bigger and believed that these were just faulty deliveries. Low and behold, my treadmill was delivered very well packaged. Lots of foam and wood kept it extremely protected. Assembly was lengthy (40mins) but extremely easy. It is a HEAVY package and a dolly or extra person makes that a non point. After 3-4months of HEAVY use. It remains a staple of my gym and my family’s workout routine. I run 3-4 days a week at 7-9 and it is quiet enough that nobody is bothered in the house. My wife walks daily 40-60 mins at inclines of 4-8. Still functions without issue. Highly recommend this treadmill and if you are looking for a cost effective, reliable and trustworthy staple to your home gym.
