  • Awesome elliptical
Style: Smart Elliptical CT11PRO
I keep buying ellipticals that are under $150 and they break within 6 months to a year. I decided to buy this one because of the reviews and it’s 90 percent put together. That was one of the problems I had assembling the elliptical, I have no one to help so I would mess it up, but this one is already put together . It is heavy, I got the $699 one bc I do 45mins to 1.5 hrs cardio 5 days a week and I need a durable machine. I had to take it up 2 flights of stairs . I took it out of the box and brought parts up, thank God for my neighbor bc he helped bring the elliptical up to my apartment! It was challenging putting it together but I used the video plus the manual. It was not bad! I just used the elliptical and it runs amazing, so smooth and no noise . It’s really sturdy and well made feels like I’m at the gym, I love it . I really need this machine bc I have heart issues and need to keep healthy. I could not be happier. Overall it’s a great quality elliptical and runs smoothly, it feels like you are not on a slant when you using it because sometime they feel like that. I also recommend this one because the stride is 18 inches opposed to 15.5 and it make such a difference. There not a lot of ellipticals for this price with a long stride. Remember I purchased the more expensive one that has the longer stride , the others have 15.5 ( nicday ones). ... show more

  • Nice little machine for the price :)
Style: Classic Elliptical CT11S
I've had this for several months and I love it. I am over 200lbs and it seems to hold my weight just fine, doesn't make any noise at all, the different resistance settings seem to work pretty well, and it was super easy to put together. Nice and small and fits in a small space in my apartment. It is not fancy by any means but for the price I paid I am super happy! ... show more

  • "Nice" compact machine
Style: Smart Elliptical CT11
Delivered next day... put together in an hour plus - not the best of directions, but it's all there, you just can't wing it. Operation is intuitive - machine is stable, super quiet and very smooth. Range of motion is OK for me (5'7") but note that it's less than a typical gym machine. It's compact having a reasonable weight and can be moved quit easily. I would say it's all I expected and would buy again. ... show more

  • So quiet!
Style: Classic Elliptical CT11S
This product came packaged well, no dings or scratches, with major parts pre assembled, super nice! Pretty easy to put together the rest, took about an hour. I've only had it for 3mos, but I really like it. It's amazingly quiet, smooth and has smaller footprint. Plus, it has wheels so you can relocate it easily. The computer works ok, nothing fancy. I just use my phone for music/entertainment. It has a tension knob, to make it more of a workout and fit your needs. For this price range is great. You should be aware of the smaller stride, 15.5", I'm 5'6" and it fits me fine. Very impressed. Thank you for such a nice product at such an affordable cost. ... show more

  • Very nice!
Style: Classic Elliptical CT11S
Very easy to assemble, comfortable to use, very quiet (so far), and the resistance levels allow you to increase the level of effort at your own pace. Both my wife and I use it. I'm 60+ and it's very smooth on my knees, while providing a very good cardio workout. Got it 10 days ago and we use it daily. ... show more

  • Very Good - could use a couple tweaks
Style: Smart Elliptical CT11
Assembly: I am no stranger to wrenches and screwdrivers. I did the job solo (mostly). It took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to put this together. That includes unpacking, carrying the parts through the house (I had help with the heavy bit), reading through the instructions, watching the three min. assembly video, and cleanup. Tools: All the tools needed to put this together are included, but you might want to use better tools. Be advised you will need metric tools. The nuts are 13mm and 17mm. I have a 13mm socket, but no 17mm socket or wrench. Which is unfortunate as the 17mm nuts are used on the feet. I knew from other reviews I wanted to torque those nuts down to hold the feet securely in place as the machine was used. Doing that with the little wrench provided was uncomfortable. Size: Very compact for what it is. It tucks nicely out of the way into the corner of the bedroom. Noise: Whisper quiet. FWIW I have it on carpet. I've only been using it for two days, but so far no creaks or squeaks, truly impressive. User Interface: Pretty basic, which is fine. I'm not looking for someone screaming in my face, or mountain road cross training programs. I just need something I can conveniently work up a sweat on. This does the job. Get on it, start peddling, turn the big knob to add or reduce resistance, BOOM. But they get too cute with it trying to add functions that don't really work. CAL for instance, supposedly counts the calories you burn, but in fact only counts how many cycles you peddle. If it was counting calories it would count faster when you dialed up the resistance. Likewise, what does "speed" or "distance" mean on this machine? Both of which seem to be measured in "mph". The pulse counter seems to work, but takes several seconds to settle on a value. I have an issue with the phone/tablet holder. If you put your tablet on it, it blocks the display. It's also located a bit far from your eyes and too close to your body. You have to tilt your head down to see it. It would have been much better to have a little extension above the display to hold it there. I may try to make something like that. Stride: The first time I used this machine I was worried I made a bad choice. The stride is elliptical and not a perfect circle, but it's more circular than I'd like. Peddling on it has some up and down motion (as can be seen in the video with the pretty young and fit actors using it). This made it more work than I wanted even with the resistance dialed down. However, on my second try I found a rhythm and a stride that I could maintain which minimized the up and down motion. Also, peddling backwards significantly reduced the up and down, at least for me. However I would have really liked the pedals to have been mounted like 6 inches farther from the flywheel. Miscellaneous: On top of the flywheel, the plastic is discolored. It is not cracked or dented. It just looks like it was stressed. It appears that the plastic shell is mounted to a piece of metal and perhaps the full weight was supported at that point some time during shipping. Regardless, the machine operates smoothly and I don't believe it was damaged in any way. It doesn't concern me in the least. ETA After a year of use, I am still happy with it. The only thing is the LCD display has faded to where I can't read it without shining a light on it. No biggie for me, the only thing I was using it for was the timer and I can use my phone (which I always have for something to listen to while pedaling anyway). As stated above most of the display functions are bogus anyway, but if tracking your heart rate is important to you, it's something to think about. ... show more

  • This is a great workout!
Style: Classic Elliptical CT11S
We have had this for about a month now and both my wife and I really like it! We were a bit skeptical about what we would get at this price range but it is really good! Assembly was very easy and we had it together and running in about 45 minutes working on it together. I am using it pretty much every day and it is a great workout and it is very quiet! Love that the tension can be adjusted to give you the workout that you are wanting. Also glad that it has a computer for tracking progress etc, but I don’t use it as much as I should. So far so good! We are very happy with our purchase! ... show more
