I had the previous tri fold hard version from the same company which was ok, But this one is head and shoulders better than it in so many ways. Fits my 2016 Ram 1500 sport perfectly. Haven’t had any leaks yet and i live in Florida, where it rains every afternoon heavily. Rolls nicely to open and close and has 2 locks, but the best thing about this cover is the price which is cheaper than the name brand ones but still uses quality material. Looks really good on my truck. The install was a bit of a PITA due to the piss poor instructions, but I figured it out and absolutely love this tonneau cover. This was a Christmas gift for my husband and he was so excited about it he immediately went to install it. Installation was a two person job just due to the size and weight of it and some of the parts were a little difficult to get together but overall if you follow the directions or find a solid install video on YouTube it’s easy enough. It seems extremely durable and we’ve already gotten great use out of it. Love that it locks and it doesn’t slide around if you leave it open. Product arrived with minor cosmetic damage. One dent in one of the bars and another that looks like it was filled in with bondo on the edge. Some might have issues with this but I know it will get beat up on my truck anyways. On the more expensive covers they have ball bearings in the rails which make it slide a lot smoother. This one isn’t bad considering it doesn’t have those. Seems fairly waterproof so far, as long as you seal it right by the cab and the tailgate. I doubt it will last as long as other brands but it is priced right. ... show more

Absolutely wish I’d made this move sooner, really high quality cover and looks great. Dry as a bone in the bed now and love the locking feature. Assembled myself in about an hour, needed a hand to get it up onto the truck, fit like a glove and final adjustment was a breeze. The link to the video proved useful as well. It is amazing. Installed easily. Small leaks because of tailgate design not the product. But it looks good. People are correct about wasted space at the front. But we removed it and reinstalled it with 30 minutes. Fit is before you tighten it down.

I installed this cover on my 2014 Dodge Ram pickup, and it looks great, The price was also very reasonable for a retractable cover. the instructions were not so good but nothing a few u tube videos couldn't fix also I took the advise of another reviewer that put cap over screws over the original silver screws on top of the cover which can be seen on the picture and it looks 100 better giving it a professional look. hope this helps ... show more

I love the item but there is no way it fits my 2017 Dodge Ram! Width of the bed to the inside is 66.0 inches. the cover width is 65.0. as per the sellers instruction and the online video (which is great btw). Even after turning in the adjustment screws to would not stay on the rails. This gap was almost 1.5 inches underneath each side. I've ordered several items for this truck on Amazon showing the Amazon. This is the first to not fit. Not sure if the seller sent the right one or not. And Amazon showed that this item was an amazon confirmed fit!! Also the locking mechanism on the driver's side will not latch or lock. WTF! And this seller wants me to pay to ship it back in the original package showing no use! Well how was I supposed to see if it fit! And NO response from seller! Sellers site on Amazon says this cover WILL NOT FIT! Either Amazon or this seller needs to get their act together. ... show more
