I love this thing. I need nothing but my truck and this tent for weekend fishing trips. Save a fortune vs. motel rooms If it lasts even two years, I come out ahead. But, I think it will be good for at least five years......of rough fishing weekends. Great value. Keeps the outside out. Easy set up. Big enough for two, plus a dog. This thing functions as a motel room in my truck bed. You won't be disappointed. Quick ,comfortable camping done easy. Unless the dog farts. But, that's not the tents fault. Love it immensely. I bought this tent for a fishing trip I was going to on to the beach and well it was great held up to the 30+mph wind kept me dry it fit the truck bed nicely other than the foyer pole it tore the pocket a little but still worked great only reason Iā€™m not leaving 5stars is simply cause it tore the stitching in a couple places when bending the pole but again it held up nice and super easy to install however when you put the rain cover on it restricts the air flow but overall super comfortable and way cheaper than buying a slide in camper ... show more

Bought this tent for some dispersed camping in Washington St. I have a 2021 Tacoma SR with access cab and 6 foot bed and the tent fit perfectly. Setup is fairly easy, the first time I set it up took maybe 10 minutes. I read a previous review that mentioned the tent does not include a rain flap. My tent had a rain flap that was a tad bit of a pain to install, but now that I figured it out in my driveway, I am ready to start hitting the woods! ... show more

**UPDATE REVIEW** I originally gave this product a rating of 3 stars. I am updating that rating to 5 stars for the customer service provided by the company. The product itself still rates 4 stars. The reason for this is that the company sent me a replacement tent saying that it had improved parts. This was not necessarily correct, however they get an "A" for effort. I still had to modify the crossover poles which were too long by about 4 inches. This was a fairly simple fix requiring the disassembly of the poles and removal of the excess length. Still a very good product for the price. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Here's the reason I gave it 3 stars. When I first tried to set it up, both the crossover poles cracked. They were clearly just a shade too long and brittle. Rather than return the tent, I opted to repair the poles by disassembling them, cutting the broken portion off (about 5 inches from both poles), and reassemble. The slightly shortened poles fit much better, but the aggravation rates a lower in my opinion. On the plus side, by the time I repaired the poles, a cold front had pushed through and I got the opportunity to see how difficult it was to set up in 20mph wind. While difficult, it was not impossible and I managed to attach it to the truck successfully. Good experience as I see it. The tent would have scored easy 4 maybe 5 stars if not for the poles. I'll probably have to replace them eventually. Reasonable price. ... show more

I like this tent. It is easy to set up with one person. It is not waterproof and the rain fly doesn't really do much. The quality seems good and the price was okay too. We only used it once so far, but hope to use it again this summer

Truck pictured is a Toyota Tacoma 2019 - 5 ft bed. I want to say that inside there was plenty of room for both my husband and I to sleep comfortably, along with our little 12 pound shihtzu. We also were warmer than our friends inside the ground tent, perhaps since we were off the ground, so something to keep in mind if you are worried about being cold, you will likely be nice and warm in here (with proper blankets and such of course)! Setup did not take long with two people, and take down was much the same. very easy both to assemble and disassemble, even as this was our first time trying! Not much more to say other then we felt pretty cool having our truck tent and were comfortable! I opted for the aluminum rods, they seemed very sturdy and I'm sure will show to be sturdy and hold up better than the plastic in the long run. Pair with a camping mattress (we used Dikasun inflatable suv mattress as a perfect fit for our size truck bed) and you are set for a great camping experience!
