We’ve spent HUNDREDS on expensive knife sets and they are all terrible. They don’t stay sharp and my son has to actually use a sharpening block to get them even remotely sharp.     • Great knife for the money
This knife is great for filleting fish especially for removal of skin from the fillet. It is very flexible and very sharp. Will not find a better knife for less than 100 bucks for filleting fish. This knife is designed for being used and performance. There's nothing special about the way it looks. It feels great in my hand and cuts through fish like butter. Good balance between hard enough to keep an edge but soft enough to sharpen quickly. Not my all time favorite but very good.
