I bought one Cutco knife over 20 years ago its still sharp my husbands birthday was coming up he has every he likes to cook i was tired if going to the knife block and getting dull knives we got the cutco set its so sharp Ive cut myself twice he has cut himself once so be careful

I ordered a set 35+ years ago and have been very happy with them. I ordered this set for my daughter she loves mine. I have not received these knives yet, I hope they are not lost. I'll change the star settings when they do arrive.

I purchased a set of these knives over 20 years ago. They keep their edges beautifully and a simple sharpening with the Cutco sharpener (hand held, pull through) restores sharpness when needed. You can send any of the knives to Cutco for free sharpening (including serrated), but I have not yet had the need to do that. In addition, I had a the tip of a paring knife break off and Cutco replaced it. Even more amazing was when I accidentally left the spatula in a pan where I have forgotten to turn the heat off. Thankfully I was around to catch my misstep, but the spatula handle was now in two pieces. Cutco replaced the spatula without question. Love these knives, very sharp. I have the bread knife from my mom (circa 1970) and it is still my go to. Highly recommend Cutco! I had been looking after different brands of knives for a while. These knives are awkward to hold and they feel cheap. I don’t know what all the rave is about. I’m going to order a few other knives to really give this brand a chance since I paid so much for them. But overall my Henkels were a million times better.
