First off, I have my pots and pans with the removable handle from this company and when I saw these in sale, I had to get them. I adore these knives. Super sharp, sleek and has a nice handle that feels a little thinner than most, but it really great for someone with small or weak hands like myself. The weight on all the knives are also really nice since they aren’t super heavy or so light that they feel like they will break. The blade guard for each of them is great too, and they’re all super easy to wash. They’re great for your usual chopping but also breaking down chickens and cutting pastry dough!!
