I bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband. Honestly, I use them more than he does. But we both LOVE them. They slice through everything like butter. Even cutting thick cuts of meat is easy. Would have gave a 5 star but my large chef knife came with a major flaw. I should have reported as arrived damaged. I was dealing with a death so wasn't able to contact in timely manner. So other than damaged knife they have remained sharp and nice knives.
