I cannot believe how amazing these knives really are! They are not only really pretty but great quality and durable. They arrived super sharp and cut through everything like a hot knife through butter. Including watermelon and frozen meat. I prefer to hand-wash all my knives but my husband sometimes puts them through the dishwasher and they have maintained their colors and sharpness. I love that they came to with blade covers that actually stay on and protect them in the drawer. I have arthritis in my hands and these knives have made it so much easier to enjoy cooking again.
