Otherwise, very simple. Total time to assemble: ☆☆☆☆☆ easily 5 mins, unless you have to "dink" around getting the casters completely inserted. I think the people who thought this was uncomfortable weren't using an ikea desk chair before this one. This is firm and supportive, but so cozy and comfy in comparison to other desk chairs. Assembly was easy, maybe 15 minutes (you gotta jiggle the wheels a little to get them snapped in), I think it took maybe a week to arrive, condition was perfect. Color is true to picture. I bought this because I was putting together my home office, and the office chair I had was 1) so uncomfortable, I couldn't sit there and work all day, even getting up every 30 mins! By 2:30, I was in so much pain, I'd move to my bed to lay down and work. And 2) ugly. So I got this chair. First it showed up so quickly! It said it would take 3ish weeks, but I got it in a week. Second, it was very quick and easy to put together! The only issue was putting the wheels on, but then I realized you just kinda had to really push them in and they snapped into place. Thirdly, the color is amazing, and looks just like the pictures! This chair is really pretty. Lastly, SO.COMFORTABLE! The back comes up to right below my shoulders (I'm 6' so maybe on shorter people it will come up higher) but offers a lot of support! And the seat is wide, and the perfect combination of soft and supportive. The first day I had it, I worked all day and had NO PAIN. It was amazing. I love this chair! ... show more

I truly cannot imagine a more comfortable, and well made upholstered swivel/desk chair than this one. I looked over hundreds of chairs over the period of 4 days. Most had equally mixed ratings/opinions regarding the quality and comfort. Knowing that everyone is different, I ultimately chose this one and I am THILLED that I did! This is one of my favorite furniture pieces I've got in my room. It hits my upper back/mid-shoulders perfectly to support me. Buy it!
