I would rate this 5 stars but there is an annoying crease in the one i received so only 4 stars. Not worth returning it as it doesn't affect the functionality but might impact the longevity. Quality control matters. I opened the zipper to try work out the crease but it is in the seam so no chance. The ridges underneath are plastic, not foam, so they are firm and won't crush over time. The media could not be loaded. I wanted a comfortable option to read my Kindle while I was on the couch or laying in bed. This has been a fantastic purchase. It is extremely lightweight and very soft. It is very stable/sturdy and holds my kindle, phone or tablet with ease. I like the fact that I can fold the top down and store it easily. I also love the pockets in the back (I personally use it to hold pop sockets, charging cords etc.) This has made my kindle reading experience so much better!
