Pros: +Adjustable tilt and height headrest + Multi adjustable armrests angles and height help for different keyboard, writing or drawing angles + Up, down, in, out adjustments for the lumbar support + Tilt angle lock and resistance adjustments really nice when watching a movie or just stretching out + Decent Quality, most parts feel of higher quality then the price of the chair. + Assembly tool provided, easy to follow instructions and a few extra bolts provided. + Very well packaged inside, lots of bubble wrap plastic and foam protectors on metal and cloth parts. Cons: - Package arrived pretty beat up and you could tell they had to tape it up extra during shipping but everything inside was in great condition and nothing was missing. - No real seat adjustment (other then height) so taller people will have to make sure you're sitting in it properly and when you install the back rest you install it in its furthest outward position from the seat as possible. - Seat cushion, while comfortable now while the product is new I question how long it'll hold up with heavier set people so far it feels great and I'm Approx. 235 lbs but how long will it hold up. That being said for the price I paid I can't complain. - Headrest has a little side to side play but is comfortable, also headrest has no limiter to prevent it from being pulled out all the way, i knew this before buying the chair and its not a big issue just use care when adjusting the headrest upwards. Overall: I can't complain it's definitely the best chair I've ever owned and it goes on sale with coupons to make it even cheaper on top of the sale price!     • Very comfortable chair, awesome price with one drawback

This is a fantastic chair that is very comfortable at a bargain price $140. The 3D dimensional armrest is fantastic. Seat cushion is very comfortable. Back mesh is also comfortable as well as the rocking motion. This is a better than other chairs we’ve purchased in the past at more than twice the cost. I would rate 5 stars to this product, but only rating 4 stars due to 2 downsides. The first is that the lumbar support does not adjust to a low enough level to support my lower lumbar spine. We’ve read that in other reviews and concur. I’m 5’5”, so maybe it would work with a taller person. Also would have preferred the lower portion of the chair to be a black finish rather than chrome. But that is purely a cosmetic opinion, and not a game changer. Overall, this is a strong but given the bargain price. Definitely would but again. ... show more

    • The Comfort of Firmness

After watching BTOD Youtube channel of chair reviews, they've stated many times that the Ticova is very comfortable for its price point. I was very much skeptical at first, but I kept hearing there's a breakin period before it starts to make sense. I bought it on sale at $180, and then an additional $50 coupon. It was too hard to pass up on, however concerned to why it was on supersale to begin with? After the easy assembly which took maybe 15-20 minutes, I sat in it for a few hours. At first I thought "okay, pretty good". The lumbar support is immediately pronounced, it braces up against the lower back in a firm but snug contour. It's flexible plastic which allows it to slightly flex in accordance with my figure. After using the backrest knob to adjust the depth of the lumbar to its lowest setting did it become very comfortable. It honestly feels like it's correcting my posture after years of neglecting "chairs" I've cheapened out on. The seat cushion is comfortably firm if that helps to explain it. Ergonomic chairs aren't supposed to be cushy and plush; they're supposed to be firm and rigid to conform to our ideal posture. The 3D armrests are customizable for up and down, forward and backward, and turned left and right. Softly firm smooth handrests that feel sturdy. Headrests adjusts up and down, tilting forward and back in such a way that allows for easy adjustment, along with a secured feeling of padding. There's even a slightly forward tilted position which is great for focus and productivity. Swivel is very smooth, and the reclining function is several points of locking. Overall recline tilting is very smooth and sturdy. Caster wheels aren't quite the smoothest across my carpet, notice how it tends to almost pull the carpet it it which is a tad concerning. Might have to replace them with better wheels. I don't have many complaints yet since the week I've owned it. In time I will come back and update this in about 6 months to further review it. ... show more

Absolutely Great Chair for the price of $150usd. My initial impression where good but I initially though to my self “Dam I’m sure glad I didn’t pay 300 for this cause then I would have been disappointed”.
