I was looking for a desk chair for my son who has some back issues and is "online" College mode due to the pandemic. After researching several models I selected the Ticova chair, and it has exceeded my expectations. All of the components are adjustable, seat height, arm height and width, lumbar support, and headrest. Its so comfortable not only does my son use it for his desk chair, he also uses it to play video games. Shipping & Assembly: The chair is well packaged with each part wrapped tightly in bubble wrap or in a separate box. Its easy to assemble using the provided bolts, allen wrench, and it even has assembly gloves included. Some extra screws/bolts are included. Total assembly time is about 30 minutes, and not styrofoam to get rid of either. Legs & casters: There are 5 "legs" that have casters you insert, the base overall is very strong, rolls easily, and is wide enough to support the chair, but not too wide to cause problems on the floor. Seat: The seat appears to be foam inside wrapped in a thick material, comfortable, and could fit a large person. You use the lever underneath to control the height and how far you want it to rock (if at all). Its pretty firm even if you have it set to rock. Arms.: The width of the arms are adjusted by how you attach them with the bolts, there is room to make it however wide you want. The height you can adjust anytime with the sliders on the arms themselves. Seat Back/Lumbar: This is made of a strong mesh and the lumbar support is behind the mesh. You can both adjust the lumbar height up and down the back of the chair, as well as the depth (using a dial). The mix height of the lumbar support is slightly less than halfway up the back of the chair. The lumbar support is not removable. Headrest: Adjustable by simply pulling up and down to pre-set notches, very supportive. Support: Even before the item was delivered i received an email from the seller with how to contact with any issues. I did reach out with a question, and they got right back to me. The media could not be loaded. Nice chair worth buying I have back pain and neck fatigue for long time due to my office job. I have tried many “ergonomic office chair” different designs. They are either not ergonomic at all or too expensive. I think Ticova’s chair is quite a good value deal. I really appreciate this chair, not only because of the outlook of this chair, but also due to its flexible and ergonomic design, which can fulfill all my needs. After receiving the chair, I can’t wait to open the carton and start to assemble it. The first thing I noticed was the weight of the box, the box is very heavy, which gave me the impression of good quality. The carton is really hard and thick. You can see seller has put plenty effort on product protection. Coming to the chair itself. I can adjust the height of the armrest, which is nice. The padding is thick and soft with concaved shape to fit your arm. The backrest is amazing, I can adjust it forward and backward by the twisting the knob behind the chair, it really fits my spine. Elastic and Comfortable! This chair can be tilted for almost 150 degrees I guess? I really like the big reclining angle! The rocking function is great as well! The mesh is having good resilience and breathable. What’s more, the cushion is soft and dense, which provides me nice support. This is quite different with the thin seat cushion for office chairs I have tried before. I can even adjust the headrest’s height and angle to my most comfortable position. This chair is also doing good at small parts. The casters are quite and smooth. And the chair leg is big and looks more heavy duty compared with other chairs. Safe is the number one issue for an office chair. One drawback of this chair is the assembly time. It took more than half an hour for me to assemble the chair, even though the instruction is pretty straight forward. However, this is acceptable for such a nice chair. Just to remind you before purchase. Conclusion Pro: 1. Real ergonomic adjustable chair, almost every parts can be adjusted. 2. Comfortable lumbar, headrest and armrest design. 3. Looks good quality and durable Con: 1. 30 MN+ assembly In total, this chair is very suitable for officers like me. It is so comfortable that it worth my recommendation.
