Purchased 5 of these so far across the span of just under a year. The first 4 were fine and operated smoothly on the combo lock. When I purchased the most recent one, the combo lock would completely stick in certain positions and certain wheels on the dial would not spin freely depending on what the others were set to. I sent it back and exchanged it for another one: Exact same issue. The other 4 I have always spin perfectly smooth and freely on all the combo wheels. I sent the second return back also, and Amazon didn't allow an exchange anymore so I purchased a new one, one more time: Slightly better, but the wheels were still hard to turn and don't "feel good" to use like the others I have. They're sticky, and don't spin well. At this point, the only reason I would ever purchase this again would be: 1) Lack of an identical product from competitors, or 2) So it would match the ones I already have. I would not go out of my way to purchase this product again after my most recent experience. ... show more
