I really like this wonderful tablet holder. I had a different one that I liked a lot but over time I discovered the best type to get is one like this with an open notch down at the bottom so you don't have to worm the power cord through the hole and bottom lip that is cradling your iPad or other type of tablet. If it doesn't have the open notch, it's beyond annoying to have to weave the power cord through the hole, then plug it into your tablet and then set it down to rest on the holder. I know it seems petty but once you experience not having to do that, you'll completely understand why this is a much better design. This is very sturdy and will long outlive me! I even have a fairly thick case around my iPad and this holds it very nicely. And I love that it comes in other colors other than silver which is very nice, but I love my purple one! I have one of those ridiculous tablets that is bigger than my laptop. I got this, hoping, but not expecting it would hold my tablet. It does! It will not hold it in portrait, but it definitely holds in landscape. I can put it in the corner of my desk, out of the way and listen to stories or catch up on videos while I work. I have a smaller tablet I was prepared to use, but I'm extremely happy it works on the monstrosity. I did check and even though my laptop is slightly smaller than my tablet, it will not hold the laptop. It's just too heavy. ... show more

This is a well-made, very attractive stand. Works great with my iPad M4 (large). My only wish is that it had a more upright position. When I'm on a facetime call, it's angled up too much and I can't lower it. But that's a small detail; overall, very happy with it.
