I think this is a pretty cool RC car but i would look elsewhere for better bang for your buck. I think this thing probably does about 20Mph, has a very fast reverse gear and seems like it would be a good fit for kids around 6-12 years old. The controller is very basic and has some trouble registering a change from forward to reverse but, it does the job well enough. I like that it allows for access to the internals without some irremovable shell blocking everything. Its also nice to have removable batteries, even if they are an odd size. All in all, i think this is a good buy for kids but adults should look to the used market or for better deals on something similar. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. For the size of it 1/16 it is quick and nimble! Handle the rough and rocky terrian with ease. Its not brushless which is great for kids beginning the rc hobby but I didn`t care it was fun blashing it anyway.
