What’s to say. It’s big.. I mean, it’s really big. It weighs a lot. It’s fast. And it’s expensive to run. It requires two 4s lipo batteries that are $100 a pop. And this 5000mah don’t last very long. You can get bigger batteries, but they’re obviously more expensive. You will need lots of them. You’ll need a charger. If you stick with spektrum, the chargers are $200+. It runs hot. The stock ESC fan is only 9000 rpms and is plastic. Throw it away and get a protec fan that’s aluminum and 21000 rpms. It’ll save your esc. The tires it comes with are fine for dirt or grass, not so much hard surfaces. You can get street tires for it, they’re $100 a pair. It’s a great truck, but if you want to run with the big boys, be prepared to pay to play. Otherwise, stick to the 1/10s ... show more

    • Loose nuts, exposed leads, not RTR
Make absolutely sure that you double check all screws, nuts, etc before running this. I had many loose screws right out of the box, and missed one that popped out of the bottom during a run. Steering was also way off out of the box, and the leads to the battery connectors weren't sealed. For 1k 'RTR' I don't think its worth it. Getting a roller and custom building is probably better. ... show more

Gave it 4 stars but would be 5 if I hadn't had to tighten up things like pinion grub screw and pivot ball suspension after 2 runs. But the build quality is is beefy. Powerful and keeps up with the Traxxas XRT 8s. Truly a Beast.

I've had nothing but bad luck with this thing. For starters you pay cash for one and told that it'll be here on on date and the next thing u know It's 4 weeks overdue so u wait. It shows up looking like a million bucks, hooked up a fresh set of batteries and nothing but red blinks of death. After 2 hours I decided to check the reserver and low and behold it wasn't hooked up. Upon inspection I discovered that im missing 1 wheel nut and all 4 o-rings. Now mind you I purchase this rc truck specifically cause I was told that it's one of the best rc trucks on the market. I go out to run it after 4 minutes I lost all steering. I'd send it back in but I'd most likly be waiting for a long minute before I'd hear back. ... show more
