Appears to be some false promises being made when it comes to this light per the manufactures’ website. You follow the link to Amazon to purchase this product. The manufacturers website states the product is 30% brightness always on after dusk. Motion brings the light to 100%. Appears it’s either off without motion or 100% when motion is detected. Modern lights like this are expensive from high end companies. This light is just as fashionable and well built as those for a fraction of the cost. Easy to install on a pre-existing inset electrical box with nothing more than a screwdriver. Being able to set the color temp is a great feature to match your other exterior lights. I prefer daylight at 5k. With 1000 lumen, it lights up my entire front yard as you can see from the picture. The only weird thing about the motion sensor is that it appears to have a resting period of about 15 secs. After the light turns off, it wont come on again with motion until it resets after about 15 secs. Not a deal breaker for me. Very pleased with this item. Something to keep in mind. It is not waterproof. There are gaps and holes in this unit so I dont think it will work in wet conditions. Mine is under the front porch overhang so it wont get wet but I can surmise if it was completely exposed to rain, it would fail ... show more

I bought this item, paid for it to be installed and the "Dusk to Dawn" Did not work. I contacted seller and seller said that the model I bought did not have that integrated. If you read the item description, it clearly says that it IS INTEGRATED!! I was told I could return the item, but I would now have to pay someone to remove it and, again, to install a new one. I am very disappointed and feel cheated!!
