My only complaint on this product is that the nuts for the finger bolts that hold the panel to the frame are not secured in place. It is difficult to hold the backing nut while tightening the bolts. Really like how easy it is to use. We put it in our shed and mounted the solar panel to the outside wall. Could of put it on the ground too, it has an arm to stand it up. Like that it has different light brightness. Thinking of buying one for camping to hang over the table outside.

I bought this to replace a $20 coop light which broke after 2 weeks of use. This light is significantly higher quality than other lights I've bought. Both the light and the solar panel feel sturdy and have held up well inside of my chicken coop. This light can be set to turn on at night AND to turn off after a 2-8 hours. The downside is that the remote feels cheap cannot be used from very far away. The light also emits a dim blue light after it turns off for the night, so far this hasn't affected my birds sleep schedule. Purchased this a while ago for my patio area - has a long cable to the solar panel, works throughout the night on a “night light” type setting and is perfect for when I take the pup out at 3am! You do have to be fairly close for remote to work but I have it set to auto.
