The quality of the fabric is excellent, soft, well-made, and durable. The reason I gave it only a 2 is because it it doesn't get hot enough and the warmth it does have lasted about 3 minutes. The cover they speak of is about 12" sleeve, open on both ends that only covers 1/4 of the wrap. I don't like it having velcro. I wanted to love it so much but I have to return it. ... show more
