This chair fits me great and it has a ton of adjustments, more than any other chair pretty much. It's very comfortable and supportive, even when I lose track of time and sit for hours. The chair was refurbished and it looked really great (almost new) except for a mild dirt or stain on the seat fabric. They gave me $20 to have it cleaned.     • Chair Pressure Cylinder Lasted 6 Months
I've been buying Steel Case Chairs for over 10 years for my business - I figured try and save money and go with a refurbished one. This chair lasted just over a month before the Cylinder broke on the chair and sunk completely - it will not hold weight at all. This chair came pre-assembled and while reconditioned, you would never know it. It is in great condition. My one disappointment. This chair was replacing an old Aeron chair. After much research, with the great reviews this chair had, even relative to the Aeron, I chose this chair. But it terms of comfort, I was somewhat disappointed.     • Uncomfortable
The concave seat and backrest gave me lower back and shoulder pain for months. Even my office chair was more comfortable and it was flatter. I bought a regular chair with a cushioned seat instead and it hasn't given me any problems. Don't buy anything "ergonomic."

Chair arrived with stains on the seat and the cushion is absolutely flattened. The chair itself is good, but it really just seemed like they took a chair that had been in an office for 7 years and sold it as refurbished

The refurbished chair is in great shape and perfect working order. So comfortable for long periods at a desk - a great improvement over what I was sitting in. Glad to have found this chair at a reasonable price.     • no padding in seat
While the seat is very adjustable there is no padding at all in the seat. Becomes very uncomfortable when seated for long periods of time, to the point of a pinched nerve in my backside. If you need to sit for extended periods of time, you will need to purchase a seat cushion.

Product originally received only with chair. Had to contact seller directly to receive remaining parts (cylinder, chair base, casters). Support was responsive and shipped remaining parts within estimated delivery date time-frame. Product shows signs of use as described, but still cosmetically clean for the most part. All adjustable features work as intended, though lower back lumber adjustments can be finicky. Overall, product is well worth the price if customization is not a high preference for you. ... show more
