I got this to slice a turkey for Thanksgiving and oh boy did it do the job. Unfortunately it was so sharp. I cut my hand pretty bad but that wasn't the knife's fault. The turkey did not survive. I ate some turkey and I was happy

This knife is everything as described! It warned that it is extremely sharp, and they weren't lying! I used it for Thanksgiving and it carved the turkey beautifully! Nice thin slices and the knife went through the turkey like soft butter. Then I used it on a fair sized beef roast. Again, it cut beautifully! I was able to cut it with such ease to make my desired thickness of the meats for roast beef sandwiches and turkey sandwiches. I would highly recommend this product. ... show more
