    • Leveling wingnut blocks USB-C port
Case is sturdy and seams to do the job..main issue is that I had to buy a new USB-C cable (90 deg connector), because it is very difficult to insert the connector due to the wingnut blocking the USB-C port..

This is a well designed case to protect your SkyTrak+ from any errant ball strikes. The case is lightweight, corrosion proof, and has adjustable feet to level the unit with your hitting mat. There is also an alignment channel to allow better positioning using an alignment stick. The case does come with some machine screws which allow the option to affix the monitor to the case. Personally, I just set the monitor in the case and remove it when I'm done practicing. It is a bit pricey for a plastic housing, but provides a worthwhile level of protection. ... show more

    • Does not protect top of unit
Plastic case with plastic feet and plastic all thread. No protection for top of unit. Golf balls will hit the top of the unit if used indoors. Rear support foot plastic all thread rod is directly located where you have to charge the unit so the USB plug is obstructed. Crazy this is $100 dollars and is not included with the unit but not surprising that Golftech has produced this product. Poor cheap product at high price that does not work as expected. ... show more

Very tough design! I love how easy it is to install this. Very simple just slide it straight down! Once installed it's like it's not even there! But it is and it is the perfect protection needed! Secures a longer life! Great Value!

Having had the original Skytrak launch monitor and having a metal case for it I grew to appreciate the protection it provided and how it kept the unit secure whenever an errant ball hit it. With that said I obviously had to have another case when I upgraded to the Skytrak+ and ordered this one right away. First things first, it's some sort of ABS plastic which was a bummer taking it out of the box. It does a good job of covering the unit but metal is metal. the adjustable legs on wingnuts is a nice touch and better than previous designs. All in all a good case, just not metal. ... show more
